Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between ClaraPurity Labs (hereinafter "Seller") and the Buyer for the sale of Research Compounds via the online shop.

Deviating terms of the Buyer are not recognized unless the Seller expressly agrees to them in writing.

2. Research-Only Clause (Essential)

All products offered through this shop are exclusively intended as Research Compounds for in-vitro research purposes.

  • The products are not intended for human or animal consumption.
  • The products are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or clinical purposes.
  • The products are not pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, or food products under any applicable legal definition.
  • By purchasing, the Buyer confirms to use the products exclusively for legal in-vitro research.
  • Redistribution to third parties for consumption purposes is expressly prohibited.
  • The Buyer bears sole responsibility for proper and lawful handling of the products in their jurisdiction.

3. Contract Formation

The display of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to submit an offer by the Buyer (invitatio ad offerendum).

By clicking the purchase button, the Buyer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon acceptance by the Seller, which is made by sending an order confirmation via email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include applicable VAT. Shipping costs: flat rate 9.90 € within the EU, free shipping on orders over 300 €.

5. Payment

Payment can be made by cryptocurrency. BTC and USDT wallet details are generated during checkout. Goods are shipped only after full payment is received.

6. Delivery

Shipping is available to countries approved by the Seller (see Shipping Policy). Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the EU after payment is received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of the products sold (sealed research compounds), the right of withdrawal is excluded once the product has been dispatched. Research compounds cannot be returned after shipment for quality and safety reasons — the integrity of sealed products cannot be guaranteed once they leave our facility.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at research-peptides-eu@proton.me. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

8. Warranty

The Seller is liable for defects in the goods in accordance with applicable law. The stated purity (HPLC-certified) is a guaranteed specification.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the products by the Buyer — in particular not for damages resulting from use outside the research purpose defined in Section 2.

The Seller has unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, and damages to life, body, or health.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, United States.

11. Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the applicable statutory regulation.
